VERO BEACH, Fla., Aug. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — Watercrest Senior Living Group proudly announces the promotion of Jessica Desjarlais to Family Office Manager. In her new role, Desjarlais oversees office systems, procedures and guidelines to improve efficiency in the family office, while ensuring coordination with all of the senior living communities owned and operated by Watercrest Senior Living Group. Additionally, she supports human resources in recruitment, administration and onboarding, while leading local job fairs for Watercrest in Indian River and St. Lucie counties.
Jessica brings nearly ten years of customer service and healthcare related experience to Watercrest, including the completion of two associate degrees and her CNA certification. She first joined the Watercrest St. Lucie West team as concierge before being recruited to the family office in Vero Beach to advance her professional career. In addition to serving as Family Office Manager, Jessica is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in healthcare management.
