ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., March 8, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ — On Sunday March 12, 2017, Team Fastrax will be performing at the 2017 Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. The team will gracefully skydive into downtown St. Petersburg during the opening festivities. Team Fastrax is a huge supporter of the IndyCar Series and can’t wait to help open this action-packed event.   

Team Fastrax will be performing their signature 2,000 sq. foot America Flag jump. Along with the America Flag, Team Fastrax will be jumping in Red, White and Blue Streamers accompanied with smoke. To take the performance to a whole new level for the spectators, the jump will be shown on the Jumbotron with their live air-to-ground video feed.

The 2017 Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg is a part of the Verizon IndyCar Series. The 1.8-mile, 14-turn circuit incorporates streets of downtown St. Petersburg and a section of runway of Albert Whitted Airport. Simon Pagenaud of Team Penske is hoping to bring a third victory in a row to Team Penske in St. Petersburg. This race promises to be 110 laps of exciting racing. Tune in Sunday March 12 at 12:00 PM EST on ABC.
